Once you're on that raised field, head to your right and stick close to the right-hand side. It can be found on the raised area where you find the dragon egg thief. The hidden tulip looks like the pink flowers you can burn in the Artisan home world. The margin for error is pretty small, but it shouldn't take you more than a couple of attempts. At the very top of your jump, you want to tap X again to start a glide. Once you've cleared them off, take a running jump from the top of the hill to the small platform between two towers. In the Artisan home world, you'll see two Gnorcs stood on a hill in the field.
